Compliance & Operations Officer

We're looking for a Compliance & Operations Officer to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility UK, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

This is an exciting new hands-on role where you’ll lead key compliance initiatives, manage certifications, ensure our systems and services meet the highest standards and manage the centralization of key UK plans. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage LINK Mobility UK’s compliance processes, including GDPR, Data Protection, Cyber Essentials, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT)
  • Oversee the annual ICO registration process for all LINK UK brands
  • Manage ISO 27001 certification and ongoing compliance 
  • Maintain and update the DSPT annually 
  • Stay informed on upcoming UK and EU regulations such as DORA and NIS2 to support future readiness
  • Manage our hardware service providers, including laptops and mobile devices (e.g. O2)
  • Maintain LINK UK’s SharePoint, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised
  • Central point of contract for the UK around live accounts, contract end dates and product expansion plans.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in information security and regulatory compliance within the UK context
  • 3+ year experience with UK frameworks such as GDPR, DSPT, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and frameworks such as G-Cloud and Network Services is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Independence and curiosity: this is a self-led role where initiative and a desire to explore are key
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and internal documentation systems
