Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Finance Manager. If you have expertise in corporate finance management, reporting, as well as analyzing and controlling key business indicators, then read on!
Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and analyses for the Capital Group and Management Board.
- Responsible for developing budget plans and forecasting.
- Preparing and managing annual financial and tax statements.
- Collaborating with auditors and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
- Monitoring key business performance indicators (KPIs), with particular emphasis on revenues and gross margin.
- Responsibility for preparing financial statements in accordance with local and group standards, supervision over the preparation of tax returns.
- Managing the finance and accounting department.
- Analyzing and controlling costs within the organization.
- Supervising financial procedures to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
- Developing and automating accounting, invoicing, and reporting systems.
- Conducting business, financial control, and internal controlling.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in German will be an additional asset.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
