Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as a Finance Manager. If you have expertise in corporate finance management, reporting, as well as analyzing and controlling key business indicators, then read on!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and analyses for the Capital Group and Management Board.
• Responsible for developing budget plans and forecasting.
• Preparing and managing annual financial and tax statements.
• Collaborating with auditors and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
• Monitoring key business performance indicators (KPIs), with particular emphasis on revenues and gross margin.
• Responsibility for preparing financial statements in accordance with local and group standards, supervision over the preparation of tax returns.
• Managing the finance and accounting department.
• Analyzing and controlling costs within the organization.
• Supervising financial procedures to ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Developing and automating accounting, invoicing, and reporting systems.
• Conducting business, financial control, and internal controlling.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in German will be an additional asset.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
