Student Analyst (M&A)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you excited by corporate M&A and strategy and looking for a unique opportunity to expand your toolbox, while being part of executing international M&A transactions as a listed company? This might be the opportunity you are looking for.

M&A is an important part of LINK ’s growth history and continues to be a key pillar in achieving our strategic targets. Acquisitions serve different purposes, including being an effective tool for acquiring key products or capabilities, expanding into new geographies, or achieving scale in existing markets.

LINK has, since 2014, completed 37 acquisitions, of which 6 in the last two years. And are now ramping up for continued activity…

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in the preparation of information and investment material to the top management and Board of Directors
  • Conducting research and analyses (Market/Competitor/Product/Industry/Valuation)
  • Supporting the transaction work with various analyses from target screening to due diligence
  • Executing on ad-hoc assignments 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • A third-year bachelor’s or master’s student pursuing a degree in economics, finance and/or strategy
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to learn and succeed 
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Holding a strong academic record
