Tech Lead Data and Mediation

As Tech Lead – Data and Mediation, you’ll play a key role in how we collect, process, and report messaging traffic data, enabling smarter decisions across commercial and financial teams. You’ll lead development of scalable data pipelines, apply AI/ML for deeper insights, and help shape the future of our data infrastructure. This position is part of LINK Mobility Group and reports directly to the VP of Business Support Systems (BSS).
What you'll do
- Build and operate scalable data pipelines from diverse sources (DBs, APIs, Kafka, logs)
- Drive structure and standardization across the BSS data domain
- Apply AI/ML to enhance data insights and operational efficiency
- Support and evolve our BSS DataLake in collaboration with cross-functional teams
What you bring
- Ideally, 5+ years in data engineering or similar, with deep experience in data processing and transformation
- Solid understanding of messaging data mediation and preferably also telecom protocols
- Hands-on DevOps/MLOps experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or similar)
- Strong communicator in Norwegian and English, able to bridge tech and business
- Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing and scaling data infrastructure
