UAT Specialist

We're looking for User Acceptance Test Specialist to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist to join our team. The UAT Analyst will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing UAT activities to ensure that business requirements are met and systems are ready for production. This role is a key bridge between business users and technical teams and plays a vital role in the final phase of the testing lifecycle.

 

YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and end-users to understand functional and business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.
  • Execute and deliver UAT test cases and document actual results, logging defects and issues in the appropriate tracking tools.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved before the system goes live.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and business users to schedule and conduct UAT sessions.
  • Provide regular status reports and escalate issues/risks as needed.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and design sessions to ensure testability.
  • Validate fixes and perform regression testing as needed.
  • Support go-live activities and post-implementation validation.

 

WE HOPE YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or a business analysis role.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • UAT certification (e.g., ISTQB, IIBA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA)
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
