Senior Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer who possesses a strong foundation in user experience design with additional skills and experience in user interface design.
You will work primarily on LINK's Enterprise Portal, the main interface our customers use to manage messaging infrastructure, analytics, integrations, and communication workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Identify UX opportunities through data, research, and customer feedback
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process.
- Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Improve and evolve our design system and UI consistency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Apply principles of user-centered design to create intuitive and accessible interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Utilize industry-standard tools and software to design and prototype user interfaces, such as Figma, or similar. Experience collaborating with developers using design specs and handoff workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in UX/UI design to continually improve design processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer support, to understand project requirements and user needs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Solid experience as a UX/UI designer in a similar role, preferably within the B2B market.
- +8 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and a deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience of working on large-scale and complex IT projects.
- Fluency in English is a must.
